STATELINE LAW / INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026 · Last updated September 8, 2026

Current scope

This policy describes the current StateLine Law website, beta interest list, and the current beta features represented on this site. StateLine Law provides legal information, not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Information you provide

If you join the beta interest list, we collect the email address you enter, your selected device platform, your consent to receive beta and testing updates, the signup time, and information needed to let you withdraw that signup later.

The current beta does not require a StateLine user account. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, financial-account credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the beta signup form.

Technical information

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and request metadata.

How we use information

Beta-interest information is used to maintain the testing list, communicate about invitations or testing updates, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, honor withdrawals, and operate or secure the service.

Service providers

The current website is hosted through Vercel. Beta-interest submissions are processed through Supabase. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their infrastructure services and under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Retention and withdrawal

Current beta-interest records are configured to expire after 90 days. You may also withdraw a beta-interest signup using the withdrawal link provided after signup. Withdrawal removes the matching beta-interest record when the request is successfully processed.

External legal sources

StateLine may link to government, court, legislative, administrative, and other external legal sources. Those sites are operated by third parties and are governed by their own privacy and security practices.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The minimum age and final children’s-privacy handling for the distributed mobile application are still subject to final product and legal review before public release. The beta signup should not be used to submit information about a child.

Changes

This policy may change as StateLine’s production features, providers, or data practices change. The current version will show its effective and last-updated dates.

Privacy choices

For the currently available beta-interest list, use the Privacy Choices page or the beta withdrawal page.
